 Responsibilities:

  • Provide unbiased assistance to Medicaid providers and clients.
  • Address inquiries regarding eligibility, medical claims status, and other program-related questions.
  • Assist with problem resolution as needed.
  • Respond quickly, politely, and clearly to phone inquiries.
  • Record all interactions in clear, concise online logs.
  • Transfer callers to appropriate call center units as needed.
  • Meet individual performance goals.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
  • Maintain strict attendance and performance standards. 
 
 
 

Education Qualification:
