Responsibilities:
- Provide unbiased assistance to Medicaid providers and clients.
- Address inquiries regarding eligibility, medical claims status, and other program-related questions.
- Assist with problem resolution as needed.
- Respond quickly, politely, and clearly to phone inquiries.
- Record all interactions in clear, concise online logs.
- Transfer callers to appropriate call center units as needed.
- Meet individual performance goals.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
- Maintain strict attendance and performance standards.
Education Qualification:
