Day To Day Responsibilities:

• Provides cross-product/cross-technology expertise to capability teams, provides input on and evaluates solution design and is consulted during release planning (e.g., standards for database design; determination of primary keys, etc)  
• Develops and maintains policies, standards, and guidelines to ensure that a consistent technology framework is applied across the company, maintains awareness and visibility of organizational standards and best practices  
• Partners with IT and business leaders to act as an advisor to strategic planning efforts aligned to organizational priority and vision.  
• Helps business leaders clarify their objectives and expectations for advancing digital experience investment(s)  
• Engages with the business and teams during ideation and design, guides technology selection, develops architectural artifacts in partnership with lead engineer and dev team(s) and ensure compliance with security, identity and access management, Enterprise Architecture, etc.  

Must Have:

• Experience with M&A and related IAM technology systems and ability to guide architecture in the following spaces:
• Well-versed in SailPoint and CyberArk
• Experience with API Secrets
• Experience with Azure
• PKI experience
• Experience with OT and rolling out Passwordless
• Expert in Enterprise IAM expertise
• Prior experience leading a blended onshore/offshore team
• Detailed and articulated

• Experience with Hashicorp
• Manufacturing background
