Job Description:
- We're hiring a Data Center Hardware & Network Technician in New Albany, Ohio. This is a hands-on role for individuals skilled in server and network hardware.
Responsibilities:
- Break-fix and diagnostics on server hardware (CPUs, memory, motherboards).
- Troubleshoot network connections, including fiber and copper cabling.
- Work in a data center environment.
Requirements:
- 1+ year of hands-on data center experience (servers, networking, cabling).
- Strong hardware troubleshooting skills (6+ months experience).
- Familiarity with ticketing systems.
- Comfortable with data center conditions (noise, temperature, physical work).
- Relevant IT certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+) and IT degrees are a plus.
Pay Range: $22-$24/hr
