Job Title: Technical Support Technician
Duration: Contract (potential extension/conversion)
Schedule: Either 3 day and 4 day alternating weeks (Wed- Sat and Thurs- Sat)
Compensation: $20-$22/hour
Location: New Albany, OH- Fully Onsite
Requirements:
- Experience of technical hardware troubleshooting
- 6 months to a year of technical hardware troubleshooting
- Hardware experience and a certification like A+ will be preferred
- Combination of service desk experience and A+ certification could be considered.
- Awareness of the data center environment (cooler temperatures, noise, PPE).
- Networking, device cabling, hardware installation, motherboard experience is a plus.
- Safety awareness is important – safety shoes
- Candidates should be able to lift up to 50 pounds
