Summary:

Manage complex projects with detailing teams and multiple products and vendors from estimating to project completion, while cultivating a positive customer service environment and maximizing profits for rebar fabrication.

Day to day:

• Review contract documents to ensure safe, efficient product delivery.
• Manage project contracts, including scheduling, detailing, and costs.
• Ensure the rebar fabrication meets contract obligations.
  Coordinate project needs with contractors, engineers, and architects.
• Schedule detailing and delivery with contractors and teams.
• Process project changes and support the change order process.
• Communicate project plans and contract terms to teams and clients.
• Represent in project meetings as needed.
• Collaborate on contract finances and maintain customer relations.
• Report on project progress, costs, and schedules.
• Conduct site visits in North TX and OK (safety gear required).
• Manage multiple projects, sometimes beyond normal hours

Must haves:

• 5+ years of experience as a rebar detailer or demonstrated construction project management experience.
• Ability to apply ACI codes and CRSI standards.
• Experience in customer relations and problem resolution.
• Basic knowledge of contract law, standard business practices, and human relations.
