An Excellent Opportunity for Functional Project Manager to work with one of the Biggest Global Bank at Plano, TX location.

Pay Rate Range: $55/hr. - $60/hr.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work closely with the Chief of Staff to drive cross-functional initiatives and ensure timely project execution
• Lead and manage various functional projects, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities and business objectives
• Prepare high-quality presentations and executive-level reports for senior leadership and stakeholders
• Track and manage project budgets, forecasts, and financials
• Utilize Excel for data tracking, modelling, and reporting to support strategic decision-making
• Support organizational planning efforts, including headcount management and operational dashboards
• Collaborate with finance, operations, and business teams to gather and synthesize information
• Drive project updates, status reporting, and issue/risk tracking with a detail-oriented mindset

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 5-10 years of project management or operational support experience, preferably in financial services.
• Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, lookups, formulas) and strong analytical capabilities.
• Exceptional PowerPoint and presentation skills; able to communicate complex information clearly.
• Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a high-pressure environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work with stakeholders at all levels.
