Day To Day Responsibilities:

Managing payrolls

Each associate manages a bank and the clients that fund to that bank

Communication with clients and departments regarding wire payments and funding issues.

Whenever clients don't fund on time they start aging. Will have to maintain Weekly Funding Reports and reconciliations.

Potential need for research or analysis for high-risk clients.
Must Have:

1-3 years of experience- understanding on financial systems

Attention to detail

Money is coming in from various companies.

Stakeholder management- both internal and external

Previous experience working with money and reconciliation experience
Pay rate: $27-$29/hr without benefits
