• This position involves participating in low to moderately complex initiatives within Technology Operations and identifying opportunities for process improvements. The role requires reviewing and analyzing basic or tactical Technology Operations assignments or challenges, which involve research, evaluation, and selection of alternatives related to low-to-medium risk deliverables. You will present recommendations for resolving these situations and exercise some independent judgment while developing an understanding of function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements. Additionally, you will provide information to client personnel in Technology Operations.

• Provide consultation for all aspects of information security compliance policy, risk management, and remediation.
• Investigate security concerns, document the impact, and implement strategies to prevent future incidents.
•  Maintain service level commitments for identity lifecycle management processes (provisioning, deprovisioning, certification) while providing excellent customer service.
• Support the implementation of identity governance tools (IGA) for access certification, role management, and segregation of duties (SoD).
• Assist in the deployment of identity access management solutions to drive customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals.

Education Qualification:

• 2+ years of Technology Operations experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work or consulting experience, training, military experience, or education.

Must Haves:

• 3+ years of Information Security Analysis experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education.
• 2+ years of identity and access management experience in one or more of the following: provisioning, de-provisioning, certification, authorization, or authentication.
• Hands-on experience with IAM Tools (SailPoint, Okta, CyberArk, Ping, MS Entra ID).
• Experience with authentication standards (LDAP, SAML, OAuth, Open ID, SCIM).
• Experience with security compliance frameworks (ISO, NIST, SOX, PCI).
• Ability to interact with various layers of leadership.
• Ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines, and achieve deliverables.
• Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills.
• Customer service focus with the ability to respond to requests in a timely manner. 
• Intermediate MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Access, and Project).
