Job Description:
About the Role
This position involves consulting on or participating in moderately complex initiatives and deliverables within the Commercial Loan Closing sector. The role requires contributing to large-scale planning related to Commercial Loan Closing deliverables, reviewing and analyzing challenges, and collaborating with client personnel to meet deliverables while adhering to policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
Responsibilities:

Consult on or participate in moderately complex initiatives within Commercial Loan Closing.

Review and analyze Commercial Loan Closing challenges requiring in-depth evaluation.

Contribute to resolving issues and consult with others to meet deliverables.

Collaborate with underwriting, legal counsel, insurance brokers, letters of credit teams, and third-party bank relationships.

Act as the main point of contact for stakeholders as deals progress from prospect to close.

Manage 8-10 deals per individual, which can be in different stages.
Education Qualification
4+ years of experience in Commercial Loan Closing or equivalent experience demonstrated through work, consulting, training, military experience, or education.
Required Skills:

Experience with loan closing deals for asset-based lending with a law firm or large financial institution.

Experience assessing insurance documents and letters of credit.
-
Proficiency in MS Office and Adobe products.
Project Details:

Contractors will supplement operations by coordinating deal closings for asset-based lending (ABL).

The team does not handle any post-closing responsibilities.

Deals may last up to 100 days.
