About the Role

This position involves participating in or providing support for low complexity initiatives within Loan Workout. The role requires reviewing basic or tactical issues, policies, or procedures related to low-risk tasks and deliverables with a narrower impact in Loan Workout.

The candidate will receive direction from a supervisor and exercise judgment within defined parameters while developing an understanding of function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.

Additionally, the role involves providing information to client personnel in Loan Workout.
Responsibilities:

Support consumer lending operations focused on work exceptions and control reporting.

Ensure report integrity by fixing balances, status codes, and any variables before reports are sent to Quality Control teams.

Collaborate with Quality Control teams who monitor, perform testing, and audits throughout the year.
Education Qualification:
-
6+ months of experience in Loan Workout or Commercial Lending, or equivalent experience demonstrated through work, consulting, training, military experience, or education.
Required Skills
-
Knowledge of legal processes and terminology.

Familiarity with Quality Control teams or quality control processes in a business context.

Strong proficiency in MS Excel and other MS Office applications.
