Position Details:

Position: Senior Java Developer

Location: Charlotte, NC

Pay Range: $60 - $65/hr.

Duration: 12-18 Months (Possibility of Full-Time Conversion)

We are seeking an experienced Senior Java Developer to join our dynamic team in Charlotte. This is an exciting opportunity to work on enterprise-scale applications, leveraging your expertise in Java, messaging systems, and database technologies to deliver critical solutions in a high-impact environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, enhance, debug, support, maintain, and test complex software applications.
• Participate in the design, architecture, and implementation of enterprise-grade solutions.
• Provide technical leadership and architectural guidance for new and existing projects.
• Lead initiatives and direct the activities of a team working on strategic programs.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software that meets business requirements.

Required Skills:

• 7+ years of hands-on Java / J2EE development experience (more preferred).
• JDG / Redis (distributed caching)
• MQ / Kafka (messaging and event streaming)
• Web Services (SOAP/REST with JSON)
• In-depth knowledge of PL/SQL with Oracle 19c.
• Solid understanding of Java Design Patterns and Enterprise Integration Patterns (EIP).
• Proven ability to lead projects and provide technical direction.
