Salary Range: 55.00 - 60.00 | Per Hour

**Contract-To-Hire**
Must Have:
- 5+ years as a Business Analyst (technical focus)
- Strong experience with: o Internal SaaS products (non-customer-facing tools) o Jira and Confluence o Writing BRDs and technical documentation
- Familiarity with AI development cycles, including: o API integrations o Basic understanding of Python, prompts, and workflows o Agentic AI vs. generative AI (you don’t need to code, but must understand the concepts)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Able to work Central Time Zone hours
- Strong technical writing or system documentation background
- Pay range- $55-$60/hr.
