- Visier experience a plus
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain clear, actionable reports or views that people leaders can use independently.
- Validate views after data refresh, troubleshoot
- Develop supporting documentation, job aids, or training materials for users.
- Troubleshoot data or access issues and help ensure a smooth rollout.
- Be the main point of contact for questions from users
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, human resources, analytics, or related field
- Strong command of MS Office with advanced/expert technical capabilities in Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong experience working with HR, operational, or workforce data
- Familiarity with building reports and dashboards in tools like Visier, Tableau, or Power BI.
- Solid understanding of data privacy and sensitivity when working with employee data.
- Experience in creating clear and effective job aids and training documentation
- Effective presentation skills and outstanding written and verbal communication skills to provide training on a one-on-one basis or to groups — you’re comfortable explaining data to non-technical audiences.
- Strong customer service skills
- Visier experience is a plus but not required — a quick learner with strong data fundamentals is more important.
