Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Enrollment Technician II to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for processing and managing member enrollment data with high accuracy and efficiency. This role requires strong data entry skills, knowledge of healthcare enrollment processes, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:
•Process enrollment applications and verify member information for accuracy and completeness.
•Update and maintain enrollment records in internal systems.
•Communicate with members and providers to resolve enrollment discrepancies and issues.
•Assist with audits and quality assurance activities to ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
•Collaborate with internal teams to support the overall enrollment workflow.
Must-Have Qualifications:
•Minimum 2 years of experience in enrollment processing or related administrative roles.
•Strong knowledge of healthcare enrollment procedures and HIPAA compliance.
•Proficient with data entry, MS Office (Word, Excel), and enrollment management systems.
•Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
•Strong verbal and written communication skills.
•Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
This job is onsite to Met Square, 14th G Street NW, is in Washington, D.C 20005
•The payrange is $21-$24/hr
