Job Description:

Lead the end-to-end onboarding process for new credit or debit card programs (issuers, co-brand partners, or merchants).

Gather and validate client requirements related to card products, billing cycles, rewards, and payment configurations

Create and manage implementation project plans, timelines, and milestones.

Coordinate internal teams (product, IT, operations, legal, compliance) and external vendors (processors, networks like Visa/Mastercard).
