Pay Range: $50/hr – $53/hr

Job Description:

About the Role:

• The Senior Business Analyst is tasked with providing business metric and program analysis, along with project support at various levels.
• This role involves assisting the Referral team in designing and developing solutions for Referral processes.
• The individual will employ a consultative approach to comprehend business and technical requirements, managing complex projects.
• Effective communication with stakeholders through architectural designs, functional capabilities, business process efficiencies, and business value realization is essential.

Responsibilities

• Translate business and user needs into requirements across the sales lifecycle.
• Collaborate with technology teams in an agile environment to implement changes.
• Create user Agile Epics, stories, and business requirements, tracking project milestones.
• Assist in the creation and communication of project deliverables.
• Drive process improvements and standardize processes across departments.
• Ensure data integrity and quality
• Develop and execute business acceptance test plans and test scripts.
• Capture, prioritize, and communicate requirements to appropriate groups
• Facilitate meetings with stakeholders and subject matter experts
• Coordinate implementation activities and provide guidance to team members.

Must Have:

• 2 to 5 years SQL experience
• 3-5+ years’ experience on large scale projects/initiatives
• Agile software development experience including user stories and end user testing
• Strong analytical and data skills
• Able to manage multiple priorities and strategies in parallel
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Experience analyzing and solving complex business problems
• Self-motivated; ability to work without lots of supervision
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, demanding, client-driven environment, across cross-functional organization
• Proficiency in computer skills and professional programs (for example MS Office, PowerPoint)
