Position Details:
Client: Banking
Role: Java/OpenShift Developer
Terms: 12-18 months contract OR CTH
Location: Charlotte, NC
Day To Day:
- Java Application Programmer V Responsible for developing complex requirements, enhancing, modifying and/or maintaining applications to accomplish business goals.
- Software developers design, code, test, debug and document programs as well as support activities for the maintaining the application.
- Work closely with business partners in defining requirements for system applications.
Must Haves:
- 10+ years of experience in Red Hat OpenShift container platform and Java backend development.
- Prior experience with containerization of an application, building/ reading helm charts, monitoring application using tools like Grafana/ protheus,
- Must be able to reengineer and rearchitect the existing application code, scale up containers/pods. Analyze system infrastructure requirements.
- Must have experience with backend java programming/ core java skills
