Job Description:

Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain Exchange 2016/2019 environments with a focus on 99.9% SLA uptime.

• Configure and troubleshoot Multi-Node DAGs across data centers, including mail flow and clustering issues.

• Monitor systems using SCOM, perform root cause analysis, and provide on-call support as needed.

• Handle Remedy ticketing, change control, documentation reviews, and interface with internal stakeholders.

• Use PowerShell scripting to automate and improve operational efficiency.

• Support Exchange Online/Office 365 migrations and hybrid environments.

Must-Haves:

• 5–10 years of experience with Exchange 2016 or higher in large, enterprise-scale environments

• Strong expertise in Multi-Node DAGs, Clustering, and mail flow troubleshooting

• Proficient in PowerShell, SCOM monitoring, and working in collaborative, remote teams

• Experience with BMC Remedy, Splunk, AppViewX, and Trend Micro

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

Nice-to-Haves:

• Hands-on experience transitioning from on-prem Exchange to Exchange Online/Office 365

• Deep understanding of Splunk dashboards and monitoring
