Job Title: Project Manager
Location:Boston, MA - onsite
Duration: 4+ Months- possible extension
Pay rate: $45.00/hr- $48.00/hr

• Responsibilities: - Drive follow-up action items and coordinate input from cross-functional teams - Facilitate successful transition of RSC to new tools and processes
• Prepare reports for various business reviews (MBR, QBR, Program Health Reviews) and drive follow-up actions
• Manage program budgets and headcount tracking using analytical tools
• Execute PMO projects to drive standardization and excellence initiatives (on-boarding plans, Monthly Program Prioritization, voice of the customer Program, others)
• Education Qualification: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field - Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus
• Required Skills: - Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and trends -
• Excellent project management skills with a proven track record of successful project delivery
• Experience in program budget management and headcount tracking
• Proficiency in analytical tools and project management software
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams
• Ability to drive strategic initiatives and prioritize tasks effectively
