About the Role:
Indirect Procurement Shared Services (IPSS) department is seeking a highly motivated Sourcing Specialist to support procurement for the Information Technology category, including hardware, software, and IT services.
You’ll play a key role in developing sourcing strategies, leading RFP processes, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with internal and external partners to drive cost savings and mitigate risk.
What You’ll Be Doing

Develop and implement multi-year sourcing strategies across IT spend categories.

Lead and manage RFPs (Request for Proposals/Quotes/Information) in partnership with cross-functional teams.

Draft and negotiate key contractual documents including NDAs, MSAs, SaaS Agreements, Software License Agreements, and more.

Support enterprise technology procurement for TMNA, TFS, and other entities.

Collaborate with Legal and IPSS Contracts teams to ensure timely and compliant contracting.

Build strong relationships with business units and supplier partners to identify cost-saving and process improvement opportunities.

Manage ad hoc sourcing requests and issue supplier purchase orders (POs).

Develop and execute supplier negotiation strategies that align with goals.

Utilize and maintain Procure-to-Pay tools such as Ariba to manage procurement processes.
Qualifications — Must-Haves)

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Minimum 3 years of experience in indirect procurement sourcing.

Proven understanding of procurement principles and practices.

Strong analytical, organizational, and strategic thinking skills.

Proficiency in MS Excel.

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment.

Demonstrated experience creating and implementing procurement strategies.

Strong interpersonal, presentation, collaboration, and influencing skills.

Experience with Procure-to-Pay tools (e.g., Ariba).

Experience with IT procurement, including software, hardware, and related services.

Contract negotiation and drafting experience with vendors and suppliers.
