Day-to-Day:

• Lots of Data Entry: You'll spend a good portion of your day typing information into different computer systems.
• Checking for Errors: You'll constantly review data to make sure it's correct and fix any mistakes you find.
• Organizing Files: You'll manage digital and sometimes paper records, making sure everything is where it should be.
• Making Sure Data Matches: You'll compare information from different places to ensure it all lines up.
• Helping with Reports: You'll pull basic information from our systems for others who need it.
• Following Rules: You'll make sure all the data you handle follows our privacy and security guidelines.
• Working with Others: You'll chat with different teams to ensure everyone's data is consistent.
• Solving Small Issues: You'll fix basic problems that come up with data or our systems.

Required Skills:

• Data entry/data admin experience - no requirement on years as long as they are okay with doing the work.
• 2+ years of customer service experience.
• Experience working with high-volume processes
• Working knowledge of MS Office Applications
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Aptitude to quickly learn new systems and software
• Ability to multi-task & prioritize, with strong organizational and follow-up skills
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
