Pay Range : 45-55/hr
Duration: 6+ months (can be extended/contract-to-hire)
Location: 901 Page Ave. Fremont, CA (Onsite)

DayToDay Responsbilities:

• Design, build, and maintain backend services and REST APIs using C#.
• Work hands-on with .NET Core to optimize backend systems that support mission-critical applications
• Operate within a microservices environment supporting customer-facing applications.
• Manage data storage and access using MySQL and contribute to schema design and performance optimization.
• Collaborate with team members to translate functional requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Take full ownership of assigned features and drive them from concept to deployment.
• Ensure the reliability, performance, and security of backend services.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and improve existing systems and workflows.
• Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams and demonstrate critical thinking in problem-solving.
• Contribute to occasional UI work and integration as needed.
• Working with existing applications only
• 2 weeks scrum process on their team.

Must Have:

• 2-3 years of experience (5 years max) as a Backend Developer/Software Engineer.
• Strong hands-on experience with C#, especially in building and maintaining REST APIs.
• Experience with .NET Core for backend development in a production environment.
• Proficient in MySQL, with an understanding of database performance/optimization (open to other database experience.
• Solid understanding of microservices architecture and modern backend best practices.
• Strong sense of ownership and accountability for delivering quality software.
• Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
• Collaborative, humble, and confident communicator.
• Background can be from any industries.

NiceToHave:

• Some exposure to UI/front-end technologies is a plus.
• Experience in customer support platforms, tools, or systems.
• Familiarity with containerization (e.g., Docker) or cloud infrastructure.
• Prior experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
