Duration: 12+ months of contract | (Based upon performance, could be possibility of extension or hire)
Shift: Monday - Friday | 9 am to 5 PM
Pay Range: $28/hr to $30/Hr

About the Role:
- You will prepare, review, and manage commercial credit loan documentation, facilitate closings, and ensure lien perfection while partnering with legal, vendors, and business teams.
- This role requires strong financial acumen, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, metric-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and review loan documentation for new facilities and amendments.

Manage the closing process, ensuring due diligence and compliance.

Verify accuracy of documentation and financial data in system-of-record.

Collaborate with stakeholders, vendors, and legal teams for timely delivery.
