Locations: Onsite at Charlotte NC, 28255

Duration: 10 months of contract | (Based upon performance, could be possibility of extension or hire)

Shift: Monday - Friday | 8 am to 5 PM

Pay Range: $28/hr to $30/Hr

Job Description:

Seeking a detail-oriented Syndicated/Loan IQ Analyst with a strong background in syndicated and corporate lending.
This position plays a key role in supporting risk and quality assurance processes, maintaining loan data integrity, and ensuring operational excellence.
The ideal candidate will have experience with Loan IQ and a background in Business, Finance, or Accounting.

Review and escalate quality assurance findings promptly and effectively.
Communicate findings clearly to stakeholders and management at various levels.
Collaborate across business, risk, and operations teams to remediate defects and enhance controls.
Identify process weaknesses and propose improvements to strengthen the control environment.
Participate in ongoing risk and control discussions across business units and places.
Recommend updates to policies, procedures, and risk documentation to reflect best practices.
Ensure alignment of control findings with broader business strategies.
Champion a strong risk culture across teams.
Maintain working knowledge of lending operations and financial products.
Build strong partnerships and communicate effectively across global teams.
