• Support the Transformation Architects by providing data-driven analysis and insights that ensure workstreams align with Tech Blueprint strategy and architectural standards.
• Will contribute to the preparation of key documents, support the facilitation of the Architecture Working Group (AWG), and ensure all relevant data is gathered and reviewed to support informed decision-making.
• Facilitate collaboration between workstreams and ensure that data-driven insights contribute to strategic decision-making.

• The Enterprise Architect will primarily focus on developing target-state architecture and design patterns to integrate and operationalize business and technology capabilities across both organizations.
• Architecture Foundations – develop and refine reference architectures, architecture frameworks, scorecards, templates, capability mapping, application portfolio management, and strategic alignment across the Technology Integration Program and business-as-usual key strategic initiatives.
• Scorecard Creation, Management & Facilitation – Develop, refine, and manage domain-specific Scorecards, ensuring objective and standardized evaluations.
• Enterprise Architecture & Organizational Change Management – Support the enterprise-wide transition by aligning applications with business objectives, change management initiatives, and transformation goals.
• Architecture Reference Alignment – Ensure application-related decisions align with the Technology Blueprint and enterprise architecture principles.
• Technology Design Forum (TDF) – Provide detailed architectural guidance across all vertical workstreams in the Technology Integration Program to ensure alignment with enterprise strategy.
