Must be located in any of below states only:
- AZ, FL, GA, ID, IA, KY, MI, NE, NM, NY (outside greater-NYC), OH, TX, UT, WA (outside greater-Seattle), WI
Responsibilities:
- You’ll be calling Medicare members (both new and existing) to help them understand their health plan benefits, explain any upcoming changes, and support them during onboarding.
- Your job is to make sure members feel informed, comfortable, and supported.
Qualifications (Must Haves):
- Bilingual in any language
- 2+ years of experience in customer service, healthcare, or advocacy.
- Medicare/Medicaid experience
- Experience working in call centers and remote roles
- Familiarity with Medicare Duals, Salesforce, EPIC, Genesys, and MS Office
