About the Role

  • We are seeking an Associate for HR Risk and Operational Excellence to temporarily join our Human Resources department.
  • This role is designed to cover for a team member on maternity leave.
  • The primary focus will be managing our Client Inquiry queue, including RFPs and DDQs, allowing other team members to concentrate on strategic initiatives.
  • Additional responsibilities may include assisting with Policy and Vendor Governance.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate responses to external information requests such as RFPs and DDQs. 
  • Support strategic initiatives by handling various operational tasks.
  • Assist with Policy and Vendor Governance activities. 
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and verify accurate information.
  • Utilize templates and manage deadlines effectively.
  • Interpret HR data and coordinate with teams to gather necessary metrics.

Education Qualification

  • Bachelor's Degree required. 

Required Skills

  • Experience in coordinating responses to external information requests.
  • Strong organizational and writing skills. 
  • Understanding of HR reporting and analytics. 
  • Proficiency in MS Office and SharePoint. 
  • Experience with RFP platforms or HR systems is a plus.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to handle sensitive information with discretion.
