Schedule: Fri - Mon (9AM - 7PM)
Job Description:
As a Supply Chain Capacity Analyst you will:

Track daily cargo shipments throughout the network, identify errors at sites, and develop corrective solutions to implement.

Confirm shipment bookings for customers and audit reservations against internal systems
-
Communicate with sites on upcoming shipments and provide updates to customers when required.

Identify shipping trends between customers to streamline capacity adjustments and maximize package attainment
-
Develop and recommend contingency plans for disrupted shipments to improve customer service and experience

Create shipment orders for invoicing and Finance departments
Candidate Requirement and Must have:
-
Bachelor's degree (ideally logistics, supply chain, business, engineering, data science, or STEM).

2-3 years of professional experience (aviation preferred, logistics/ground/sea transportation acceptable).

Independent, proactive, and reliable
Skills:
-
MS Suite proficiency required.
-
Grantt chart experience is not required, can be taught.
Responsibilities:

Stakeholder interaction.
-
15% creating orders.
-
15% updating internal trackers.
-
70% operational tracking and administrative tasks.
Work Shift: Friday-Monday, 9 AM - 7 PM (4 x 10-hour shifts).
Initial Training: 3 weeks, Monday-Friday (morning shift) for training.
