Bilingual (Spanish) Technical Support/Customer Support role based in Pleasanton, CA

Description:

  • We are seeking a full-time Technical Support Specialist a 100% onsite role (Monday–Friday). You will provide technical and operational support in a fast-paced, high-volume patient call center. 

Responsibilities:

  • Manage inbound calls, provide device support, and document case details

  • Troubleshoot technical issues and guide users step-by-step

  • Responsibilities include troubleshooting device issues, guiding patients and healthcare professionals, documenting interactions, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure timely issue resolution
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve concerns

Required:

  • Associate’s degree + 3–5 years’ experience, or Bachelor’s degree

  • 1–2 years in tech support, customer service, or sales support

  • Excellent communication, multitasking, and computer skills

Preferred:

  • Medical background

  • Experience with patient-facing or call center support
