Description:
- We are seeking a full-time Technical Support Specialist a 100% onsite role (Monday–Friday). You will provide technical and operational support in a fast-paced, high-volume patient call center.
Responsibilities:

Manage inbound calls, provide device support, and document case details

Troubleshoot technical issues and guide users step-by-step
- Responsibilities include troubleshooting device issues, guiding patients and healthcare professionals, documenting interactions, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure timely issue resolution

Collaborate with internal teams to resolve concerns
Required:

Associate’s degree + 3–5 years’ experience, or Bachelor’s degree

1–2 years in tech support, customer service, or sales support
