• 5-15 years of proven Project Management (PM) experience.

• Extensive experience working directly with business stakeholders and understanding business-side needs.

• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders and tailor communication to their specific needs.

• Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools, including ServiceNow, and ALL D365 applications. (Note: Experience with Clarity PPM is not a primary focus).

• Comprehensive understanding of PM workflows and software development lifecycles.

• Experience with all Epic modules (ex. EPIC Ambulatory and Inpatient)

• 5+ years of experience in the healthcare industry.

• Understanding of Epic testing components, including Map Record Testing, Integrated Testing, Parallel Revenue Testing, Technical Dress Rehearsal (TDR) Testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
