Summary:

  • We are seeking a dedicated Technical Support Specialist (Spanish Preferred) to join our team.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support to patients and customers in a call center environment
  • Handle high-volume calls with patience and professionalism
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and provide effective solutions
  • Utilize strong listening and computer skills to assist customers
  • Manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred; however, candidates with an Associate's degree and 3-5 years of experience, or 1-2 years of relevant experience, are also encouraged to apply.
  • Medical, Pharma, Healthcare, Hospital background is required,
  • Previous experience in operational support, sales, or tech support is acceptable in lieu of medical experience.
  • Strong technical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to work well under pressure
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written

 

Notes:

  • Spanish-speaking candidates are preferred
  • Full training will be provided to ensure your success in this role.

 

Pay Range:

  • $22-25/Hr
