Summary:
- We are seeking a dedicated Technical Support Specialist (Spanish Preferred) to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to patients and customers in a call center environment
- Handle high-volume calls with patience and professionalism
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide effective solutions
- Utilize strong listening and computer skills to assist customers
- Manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree preferred; however, candidates with an Associate's degree and 3-5 years of experience, or 1-2 years of relevant experience, are also encouraged to apply.
- Medical, Pharma, Healthcare, Hospital background is required,
- Previous experience in operational support, sales, or tech support is acceptable in lieu of medical experience.
- Strong technical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- Excellent customer service skills and ability to work well under pressure
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
