Responsibilities:

Consult on complex initiatives with broad impact and large-scale planning for Analytics.

Review and analyze complex multi-faceted, larger scale or longer-term Analytics challenges that require in-depth evaluation of multiple factors including intangibles or unprecedented factors.

Contribute to the resolution of complex and multi-faceted situations requiring solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements that meet deliverables.

Strategically collaborate and consult with client personnel.
Required Qualifications:

5+ years of Analytics experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically skilled Data Analytics Specialist to support the development and maintenance of data infrastructure and analytical tools with a strong focus on CRM systems and sales/client performance reporting.

This role will play a key part in enabling high-quality analysis, reporting, and visualization to drive business insights and strategic decision-making across sales and client-facing teams.
Key Responsibilities

Build and support databases, query tools, dashboards, and BI/reporting platforms tailored to sales and client performance metrics.

Develop customized reports, ad-hoc analyses, and advanced data visualizations using CRM data (e.g., Salesforce, Dynamics).
