Title: IT Executive Support Administrator

Duration: 6 Months CTH

Location: Houston, TX

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary IT support for the CEO and Executive Leadership Team, providing both onsite and remote assistance.
  • Deliver on-demand, critical IT support for board meetings, executive briefings, and confidential sessions, ensuring flawless technology operation.
  • Collaborate proactively with Executive Assistants to anticipate IT needs and provide swift, professional resolutions.
  • Technical Troubleshooting & Incident Resolution
  • Provide advanced break/fix solutions, performance tuning, and comprehensive support, including driver management, component replacement, and OS reimaging.

Must haves:

  • 7+ years of senior desktop support experience with at least recent 5+ years of executive support experience
  • 7+ experience supporting O365 products including SharePoint, Teams, Onedrive, Outlook (passwords/login/etc)
  • Extensive experience with mobile broadband/VPNs, SCCM, Intune, printers/MFDs, and ITSM/asset management tools.
