Duration: 12 months of contract | (Based upon performance, could be possibility of extension or hire) 
Shift: Monday-Friday | 8 am - 5 pm
Pay Range: $20/Hr to $22.12/Hr.
 

Position Overview:

  • We’re seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative Assistant to support the Business Operations Management group within Wealth Management Operations (WMO).
  • This team plays a key role in coordinating executive-level meetings, travel, and employee engagement events.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support a senior leader and business manager with day-to-day administrative tasks.

  • Communicate with executives and line management to relay critical information.

  • Manage calendars, resolve scheduling conflicts, and coordinate travel and expenses.

  • Prepare meeting agendas, minutes, and presentation materials.

  • Act as a liaison with external groups and committees.

  • Plan and facilitate local employee engagement events and executive site visits.

  • Collaborate with the Site Engagement Team to organize and execute office-wide activities.
