Shift: Monday – Friday | 9:30 AM – 9:00 PM (8-hour shift within this window)
Pay Range: $20/hr to $21/hr 
Training: Monday – Friday (Same schedule; subject to change)


About the Role:

  • We’re currently seeking a Customer Service Representative to support Bank's Retirement and Benefits (401k) Department.
  • In this role, you'll assist participants in employer-sponsored 401(k), pension, and non-qualified deferred compensation plans.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support clients by clearly explaining account details and executing financial transactions.

  • Accurately process and document transactions while actively engaging with the client.

  • Navigate multiple systems and screens quickly and efficiently.

  • Maintain professionalism in a high-volume, fast-paced call center environment.

  • Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills with clients, peers, and management.

  • Manage sensitive or confidential information responsibly and ethically.

  • Display a positive attitude and openness to coaching and continuous improvement.

  • De-escalate and resolve customer issues effectively, with empathy and poise.
