Role:Robotics Specialist (non-technical)
Location: Sumner, WA 98390
Pay: $20-23/hr
Type: 6 months contract to hire.
Shift: 5D on site. NIGHT SHIFT (5:00pm-3:30am PST)
Responsbilities:
- Monitor robots on warehouse floor; provide corrections if they go off path
- Use tablets and Logitech controllers (like gaming joysticks) to guide robots
- Perform light troubleshooting, input tasks, and error resolution
- Walk alongside robots ~95% of the time during shift
- Self-manage tasks with minimal supervision
- Prepare and reset robots between tasks as needed
- Adhere to all on-site safety requirements (vest, steel-toed boots)
Must Have:
- Comfortable with tablets, smartphones, and general technology
- Able to walk for most of the shift
- Self-starter who does not require micromanagement
- Must own or purchase steel/composite-toe boots
