Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in data science, machine learning, or AI engineering, with 4+ years in an architectural or leadership role.
• Strong proficiency in machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch), programming languages (Python, Java, etc.), and cloud AI services (e.g., AWS SageMaker, Azure ML, GCP Vertex AI).
• Experience with MLOps, data pipelines, and real-time inference systems.
• Solid understnding of data governance, model risk management, and responsible AI principles.
• Proven ability to communicate complex AI concepts to non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership.
