Job Title: Administrative Assistant
Location: Charlotte, NC 28255
Duration: 12 Months + Possible Extension/Conversion
Schedule: Mon-Fri: Std Business Hours

Pay Range: $15/hr - $19/hr
Responsibilities
- Maintain detailed calendars and prioritize meeting requests and logistics.
- Schedule complex meetings requiring coordination of multiple calendars.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and process expense reports in a timely manner.
- Utilize general bank systems, expense policies, and MS Office Products (including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), WebEx, and GEP Smart.
- Assist other senior members of the leadership team as needed.
- Serve as floor support, including building access management.
- Act as onsite point of contact for traveling team members, ensuring access and accommodations.
- Coordinate site-specific events, including catering orders and post-event cleanup.
- Manage supplies ordering and maintenance.
- Oversee printer maintenance, including ordering paper/ink and ensuring functionality.
- Handle adhoc maintenance requests.
- Assist with signage and maintaining the floor for the team.
- Coordinate equipment returns for exiting resources.
Required Skills
- Advanced skills in Outlook and other MS Office programs (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio), particularly for managing calendars.
- Proficiency in SharePoint.
