Title: Program Manager II
Location: Dallas, Texas (Onsite)
Duration: 6 months (Contract-to-hire)
Pay Range: $65-$70 per hour.
Must Have:
- 5+ years of experience in technical program management, ideally within telecom M&A or integration
- Strong understanding of fiber network architecture, OSS/BSS systems, and customer provisioning platforms
- Expertise with Excel (advanced formulas, macros), Power BI, and Quick Base for program reporting and automation
- Comfortable operating in a pre-close/post-close acquisition environment with regulatory, operational, and stakeholder complexity
- Strong cross-functional leadership skills, able to synthesize input from Engineering, IT, Field Ops, and Product
- Agile/Scrum methodology experience preferred; PMP or relevant certifications a plus
