We are hiring a Workday Analyst to support a surge in payroll-related projects following a major Workday implementation, with additional short-term workload requiring immediate expertise.
Mission:
- Help drive the successful delivery of prioritized payroll and absence-related initiatives by gathering requirements, supporting stakeholders, and ensuring effective testing within the Workday ecosystem.
Must have:
- 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in a Level 4 capacity
- Strong Workday experience, particularly with Payroll and Absence modules
- Experience with requirement gathering, user story creation, and manual testing
- Proficiency with Jira and Confluence
- Excellent communication skills and ability to engage confidently with stakeholders
Pluses:
- Prior experience working specifically on Workday Payroll modules
- Familiarity with Agile delivery environments
- Background in supporting Workday implementations
