Must Have:
- 8 + years of hands-on experience supporting PC hardware, Windows OS, servers, and networking equipment
- 8 + years' experience with Windows Server environments, virtualization (Hyper-V, VMWare), and Active Directory
- 4 + years with Azure, Intune, and Autopilot
- Strong customer service mindset with clear communication and interpersonal skills
Plus: - SQL experience (can be mid-level)
- Experience working for a Managed Service Provider (MSP)
- Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, MS MCSA/MCSE, or VMware VCP
Salary Range:
$80000/Ann. - $90000/Ann.
