Mission: To serve as a customer facing Business Process Consultant on various Customer Implementations and PMO stand ups. I’m looking for Business Process Consultants who specialize in the process areas that align with ServiceNow’s Operation Technology Capabilities —this includes areas such as demand management, project and program management, resource management, strategic planning, agile frameworks, and enterprise architecture. (EAM)

Day to Day Responsibilities:

• This person will be responsible for working directly with customers to consult on their Business Process.
• In this role, you will act as a critical bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, helping clients rethink, refine, and transform their operational processes.
• You will roadmap with clients, lead process alignment workshops and take in / gather requirements with stakeholders.
• Your expertise in business process optimization combined with your ServiceNow knowledge will enable organizations to enhance service delivery, increase asset lifecycle efficiency, and improve customer and field technician experiences in building out a new website and mobile application on the ServiceNow platform for a large end client.

Must Haves:

• 5+ years working as an Business Process Consultant with Enterprise clients
• Enterprise Asset Management (EAM)
• Understanding ServiceNow Operational Technology (OT) offerings
  ITAM predictive intelligence modules - specifically within logistics/warehouse with hardware assets (HAMPRO)
• Leadership experience - working with customers at a high level in sticky projects
