Salary and Compensation:

The hourly rate for this position is between $51 - $55 CAD per hour. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

Day to day:

• Implement cloud-native solutions on GCP for data transformation and infrastructure modernization
• Translate business and technical requirements into actionable implementation plans
• Build and support CI/CD pipelines and DevSecOps practices
• Contribute to LLM-powered workflows and orchestration using frameworks like RAG
• Assist with foundational GCP setup: IAM, networking, landing zones, and security
• Collaborate with architects, product owners, and DevOps teams to execute project goals
• Support testing, monitoring, and governance of deployed solutions
• Communicate clearly with both technical teams and client stakeholders

Must haves:

• 3–5 years of experience in cloud consulting or engineering
• Hands-on GCP experience with cloud-native solution delivery
• Background in software development and platform engineering
• Familiarity with Kubernetes, containers, and observability tools
• Understanding of cloud networking, security, and compliance principles
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams
