Must Have:

• Basic familiarity with Audio-Visual control systems (AMX, Crestron, Extron) and software platforms (Picturall, Zoom, Q-Sys).
• General idea of Zoom, video conferencing, and understanding interfaces.
• Familiarity with operating/maintaining AV hardware (LED walls, MS Surface Hubs, NetGear switches) as well as troubleshooting and repairing AV equipment.
• Facilities coordinating experience (ex: hospitality, live events)
• Familiar with building systems, facilities operations, and coordinating repairs (Plumbing, power washing, electricity - This person is coordinating with the right point of contacts for these different issues/needs that may arise)
• Soft skills: Someone who is agile and comfortable wearing many hats and picking up different tasks.
• Organized, self-starter, strong problem solving and task management.

NiceToHave:

• The more technical AV systems, the better. 

• Someone that has been the only hospitality person for a smaller hotel or an event space where they had to wear many hats.

Salary:

$63000/Ann. to $69000/Ann.
