QA Compliance Specialist

Purpose:
- The candidate is responsible for providing quality assurance support for some or all parts of the Supplier Controls Quality System. Specific areas of support include Supplier Change Notification assessment, initiation of change control/change plan activities, and request/collection of feedback from manufacturing sites and affiliates. The person will ensure compliance with the quality system as it pertains to Supplier Change Notifications.
Team & Responsibilities:
- Team manages supplier control related notifications
- Notifications primarily received via email communication from suppliers
- Responsible for identifying ownership and taking action on supplier change notifications
- Handles 2 global mailboxes
- Requires organized approach to address each message systematically
Work includes:
- Vendor searches
- Impact assessments
- Change control management
- Documentation and CAPA
- Cross-functional collaboration
- Resolution of complex quality issues
Tools & Systems:
- SAP
- TrackWise
- OneTrack (similar to TrackWise)
Education:
- Minimum: Bachelor's in Science or Engineering
- Preferred: Master’s degree
Experience:
- 5–10 years of relevant QA/supplier quality experience
- Experience in regulated environments
- Supplier change notification experience is essential
- Strong knowledge of quality systems, supplier management, and change control
- Comfortable working with complex scenarios
Pay Range:
- $30-33/Hr
