About the Role -
- We are seeking a detail-oriented, technically skilled EDI Operations Consultant to join Bank’s Global Operations team.
- In this role, you’ll be the go-to problem solver for complex data transmission issues impacting high-profile corporate clients.
- You will investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents involving electronic payment and treasury systems, ensuring smooth and secure transactions across multiple platforms.
Key Responsibilities -

Research and resolve complex technical issues involving payment and treasury data transmissions.

Review and interpret XML and X12 data files to identify errors and determine solutions.

Monitor critical jobs and system alerts; investigate and resolve failures quickly.
Ideal Candidate Profile -
- You excel at digging into technical issues, connecting the dots across systems, and finding solutions under pressure.
- You’re comfortable opening data files in a text editor, tracing transactions across multiple applications, and explaining your findings to clients or colleagues.
- If you’ve ever been the “ER doctor” for systems — diagnosing problems, coordinating fixes, and getting things back online fast — this role is for you.
