***We are Hiring for Database Reliability Engineer (100% Remote)****

Must Haves:

• 3-5+ years of experience as a Database Reliability Engineer with a heavy focus on Oracle, SQL, and Automation
• 3-5+ years of experience managing Oracle RAC environments, including cluster balancing, failover management, and performance tuning.
• 3-5+ years of experience integrating Oracle and SQL databases with Grafana for centralized monitoring, including custom dashboard design and metric creation.
• 3-5+ years of experience automating database tasks using Oracle Enterprise Manager (OEM) and scripting languages such as Bash, PowerShell, or Python.
• 3-5+ years of experience with Oracle Resource Manager and SQL query optimization for resource allocation and performance stability.
• 3-5+ years of experience designing and executing automated failover tests for Oracle RAC, Oracle non-RAC clusters, and SQL Server Clusters.
• 3-5+ years of experience managing SQL Server Clusters, including high availability configuration, failover mechanisms, and performance monitoring.
• 3-5+ years of experience configuring and fine-tuning alerts for database performance issues using OEM, SQL Sentry, or equivalent monitoring tools.
• 3-5+ years of experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and breaking technical requirements into Epics and Stories in Jira for agile delivery.

Pay Range: $50/hr - $60/hr
