Job Title: ATM Cash Services Specialist 
Location: Charlotte, NC, 28262 (Hybrid)
Duration: 9 months (possible extension)
Pay Range: $21/hr to $23/hr
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM

About the Role: 

• In this role, you will coordinate with armored truck vendors and internal banking teams to ensure timely and accurate ATM cash deliveries and project execution.
• You’ll play a key role in managing schedules, resolving last-minute changes, and maintaining accurate reporting in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate daily ATM cash operations, including cash loads, denomination updates, and vendor scheduling.

• Manage relationships with armored truck service providers (e.g., Brinks, Loomis, Garda) and internal branch/ATM teams.

• Handle last-minute changes, resolve scheduling conflicts, and ensure alignment between East and West Coast operations.

• Track, analyze, and report ATM cash activity using Excel and internal systems.

• Maintain accurate records and ensure operational deadlines are met.

Required Qualifications:

• Previous ATM operations or cash management experience (banking, cash logistics, or branch operations).

• Experience coordinating with armored truck vendors or cash delivery providers.

• Strong MS Excel skills (data tracking, reporting).
