Job Title: UAT Tester

Duration: 1 year contract

Loction: Toronto Downtown (Hybrid Model)

Pay Range: $ 25 - $ 28/hr

Key Responsibilities

• Refine and push forward user stories as the new CLM system is deployed.
• Execute test cases across three large workstreams.
• Review and interpret documentation provided by scrum teams for UAT execution.
• Assess outcomes in UAT environments and identify gaps in the system.
• Provide recommendations for improvements based on testing results.
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to ensure alignment of requirements and deliverables.

• 3–5 years of UAT testing experience.
• Experience in user story refinement.
• 2+ years as a Business Analyst.
• 3+ years working with Client Lifecycle Management (CLM) systems (e.g., Salesforce, Fenergo, Pegasys, Lombardi, S&P).
• Minimum 1 year of direct experience with Fenergo CLM.
• Strong understanding of UAT processes, test case execution, and defect tracking.
