Key Responsibilities:

Refine and validate user stories for the new CLM platform deployment.

Execute and document test cases across three large-scale workstreams.

Analyze technical and business documentation from Scrum teams to guide UAT execution.

Perform UAT testing, assess results, and identify system gaps or defects.

Provide actionable recommendations to improve system functionality and user experience.

Collaborate with business, technology, and scrum teams to ensure alignment on requirements, timelines, and deliverables.

Support regulatory onboarding objectives and maintain compliance standards.
Required Qualifications:
-
3–5 years of UAT testing experience in financial services or capital markets.

Proven experience in user story refinement.
-
Minimum 2 years as a Business Analyst.

3+ years working with Client Lifecycle Management (CLM) systems (e.g., Salesforce, Fenergo, Pegasys, Lombardi, S&P).

At least 1 year of hands-on experience with Fenergo CLM.

Strong knowledge of UAT processes, test case execution, and defect tracking tools.
Nice-to-Have Skills
-
Experience with FenX system.

Familiarity with cloud-based SaaS CLM platforms.
