• Manage and oversee 1–3 active construction projects at a time, varying in size and complexity, with a focus on ground-up educational facility construction.
• Develop and define project scope, schedules, and budgets, working closely with clients, superintendents, subcontractors, and internal leadership.
• Maintain regular and effective communication with clients and project teams to provide updates and resolve issues.
• Source and manage subcontractors—evaluate, negotiate, and develop new vendor relationships as needed.
• Interpret and manage construction drawings, specifications, and contract documents.
• Utilize project management software such as Projectmates, Procore, and Primavera (training provided).
• Ensure all aspects of the project align with budgetary goals, quality standards, and safety regulations.

• 2+ years of construction project management experience, preferably in K-12 or higher education projects.
